All DVD Orders are on back-order. Over a week ago, I was hospitalized and had emergency surgery to repair a dislocated knee prosthesis (the darn thing popped out over something stupid, and I needed a total knee replacement to fix the problem). I came home from the hospital today, Friday September 3rd, 2010 and still need some time to recover. However, I will be back to work tomorrow and begin shipping existing orders.
Anyone placing their order from today thru late next week will receive immediate access to the online videos but shipping of the DVDs will be delayed until Thursday of next week. I have a long list of orders waiting for me to fulfill, so I ask for your patience and understanding in this matter.
I also ask for your forgiveness in this situation. I know how badly you all want to receive your DVDs and start learning to build your web site. I realize the importance of a web site for your business, organization, clients, and so on. I am working diligently to deliver all DVD orders. So, PLEASE accept my apologies.
