The Getting Started Steps are the same, regardless of
which version of Microsoft Expression Web you are using.
However, I have made a Getting Started Checklist for Both
EW3 and EW4 versions so as to avoid confusion.

Keep in mind that there is more than one way to do anything with Expression Web. There is a lot of redundancy built into the software, as there is with most software programs. I am merely presenting what I think is the easiest way. If I included every possible option, you would leave this site with your head spinning in confusion. And that's what we're trying to avoid, right?
