Just a quick note to let you all know that I am in the midst of updating this site.   So you will notice some of the pages are a little disorganized.  I will repair all pages as quickly as I can.

The CSS Tutorials on www.Expression-Web-Tutorial.com will work for Expression Web 3.  This is because CSS has not changed at all, even though Expression web may have.    The same is true of HTML, which also has not changed.

Remember, expression web is simply a tool.  As a tool, it is meant to make our lives easier by making web page design more efficient.

Expression Web 3 and 4 are nearly identical.  Therefore, the tutorials are also.

 

Nothing about the way we design web pages has changed.  Only the tool we use has changed.
