~Quick Start Guide~

Expression Web 3 has undergone some changes as compared to Expression Web 1 and 2. 

These changes require me to write a new getting started guide for EW 3 users.  The Getting Started Steps used for Expression Web 2 just won't work for Expression Web 3.

1. 1.  Change the Style Application from Auto to Manual
   
2. 2.  Set up a Web Site    
3. 3.  Set the Doctype
4. 4.  Make a Blank Web Page
5. 5.  Make an External Style Sheet and link it
